Gianna grew up in the gold country, Nevada City, California. She always showed a strong interest in marketing so in 2004 she began attending the California Polytechnic State University. In 2008 she graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Directly out of Cal Poly, Gianna took a position at the Pepsi Bottling Group in Hayward, California in a management training program that offered the ability of learning many roles with accelerated advancement. Gianna’s first role was in small format sales, selling retail to small business owners and chain stores throughout the bay area. Her next position was doing a research study for the executives in New York, gathering data and analyzing each department to try to reduce the amount of wasted product across every channel. After selling small format and doing her research role Gianna was moved to Sunnyvale, California where she managed the Merchandising Department. Gianna managed 44 employees that stocked the shelves at large retail locations. Her job was to make sure stores were getting their shelves filled in a timely manner and that displays were built to Pepsi Bottling Group standards.
In the last few years working with iMOS, Gianna has taken on many roles. Currently acting as the main interface between clients and iMOS technical staff, she meets monthly with clients to develop marketing plans that best fit the client’s objectives. She takes pride in knowing the analytics inside and out and coming up with unique branding strategies that help increase the clients brand awareness, website traffic, and get them a higher quality of leads.
